Terms of Service

1. What Drop AI is

Drop AI lets you configure and deploy AI-powered voice agents that answer, place, and handle phone calls on your behalf — including speaking with callers, following instructions you configure, transcribing conversations, and integrating with your other business systems. You are responsible for how you configure and use your agents.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including calls placed or received by agents you configure. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Call recording, transcription, and consent

Calls handled by the Service are recorded, transcribed, and analyzed by AI models in order to operate your voice agents and provide you with transcripts, summaries, and analytics. You are solely responsible for complying with call-recording and consent laws in every jurisdiction you operate in and every jurisdiction your callers are located in — including, where required, providing notice to callers that a call may be recorded or handled by an automated system, and obtaining any consent required before the call proceeds (for example, one-party vs. two-party consent rules that vary by state, province, and country). Drop AI provides the platform; you decide how it's configured and used, and you carry that legal responsibility.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Place unsolicited robocalls, spam calls, or calls that violate telemarketing or anti-spam law
• Impersonate a person, business, or government entity without authorization
• Harass, defraud, threaten, or deceive any person
• Collect sensitive personal information (health, financial account numbers, government IDs) from callers without a lawful basis and adequate safeguards
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice.

5. Billing

The Service is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis against a credit balance you fund with a payment method on file, processed by Stripe. If you enable auto-recharge, we'll automatically charge your card to top up your balance when it runs low. Call minutes, phone numbers, and other usage are deducted from your balance as you use them. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Third-party services

Drop AI relies on third-party providers to deliver the Service, including telephony carriage, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and large language model providers, and Stripe for payments. Your use of the Service means your call audio, transcripts, and related data will be processed by these providers as needed to operate your agents. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. On termination, we may delete your data per our retention practices, described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated speech and responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a given situation — you're responsible for reviewing and testing agent behavior before relying on it for anything consequential. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drop AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages arising from what an AI agent says or does on a call.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
